Mr. Oscar Javier Siza Moreno

He is currently the Director of Sector Analysis and Promotion of the Vice Ministry of Tourism of the Ministry of Commerce, Industry and Tourism of Colombia. He is an economist with a specialization in regional and local development. He has two master's degrees, one in taxation and fiscal policy, and the other in interdisciplinary development studies.
